The system allows the deposition of the thin molecular layers on various substrates and the I-V measurements after or during the deposition. The OMBE chamber has two effusion cells for material, with the operational temperature up to 1300 C, and the sample holder that can heat up the sample up to 120C (up to 300C in the future). A typical vacuum during deposition is from *10-7 to *10-8 mbar.
