Stray light: < 2×10-5 % transmission

CCD detector: Princeton instruments PIX256E, front-illuminated 1024×256, 26µm x 26µm, thermoelectric cooling -70ºC

Reflective microscope with motorized XY scanning stage: range 12.5 x 12.5 mm, resolution 200 nm.
