Q: Can I take my husband/wife/children for the summer school?
A: yes, while registering on-line indicate your accompanying person
Q: what includes the fee for accompanying person?
A: ? EURO includes full board, accommodation, social events and transport to Ajdovščina and back.
Q: How can I get the invoice for our financial services?
A: the Invoice Proforma should be generated by participant after registration on-line
Q: Is there any Invoice Proforma needed for accompanying person?
A: No, your bank remittance is expected to be done privately.
Q: will I receive the confirmation of my fee remittance?
A: yes, as soon as we receive your fee, our financial services will issue the final invoice of payment to you
Q: is the poster/oral talk mandatory for participation in the summer school?
A: no, but you are encouraged to present poster, short talk, or both
Q: In case of EURO currency problems, can I instruct my bank to remit my fee in USD?
A: yes, any convertible currency is accepted, just calculate EURO into USD based on the average rate before remitting the fee
Q: is there any other travel option to Ajdovščina from other Europe countries?
A: yes, you may check the train/bus connections from major cities to Trieste, or Ljubljana, then local bus connections to Ajdovščina, from which the Organizers will pick you up
Q: should I arrange my travel security?
A: yes, the Organizers are not liable for participants’ health, luggage loss problems
